I have been wondering if there is a CMS that has been developed or that can be modified so that it can be used for a consumer complaint website. ( preferrably Open Source).
I am sure that almost any existing CMS's could be modified to accomplish thi, by means of a module/component or modification to the core.
What I am interested in are existing solutions already out there.
Do you want the complaints to be publicly viewed? That doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
I think looking at more of a comments form on your existing web page would make more sense.
It would also be a lot more cost effective.
Unless you are looking for people complaining about other companies and their services, than I would suggest a forum type of page. Very easy to set up.
