If you really want to go professional, enterprise level stuff you want to go with WebGUI. It will take a month or so to get up to speed on it, but then it will be worth it. Also, to host it takes about $50 per month on one of their shared hosting plans.
If your customer can't afford that, or you don't have the time to learn it right now, I recommend CMSMadeSimple. Very flexible. Lots of plugins.
A couple of sites I've done in CMSMadeSimple:

Hello,
AspireCMS www.aspirecms.com
We specialize in working with non-technical designers. We work with designers at all levels. For example, you can simply send us a photoshop file and we will do the rest. Or you can learn the system and be self sufficient if you have the time.
We feel that designers should do what they do best, "Design". Leave the rest to us and in the end you get more clients and make more money.
NovusCMS (http://www.novuscms.com) could do the job. Although we focus more on public sector customers (who also often design their own), NovusCMS offers a very elegant user interface. You can give me a call if you're still in the market.
